Job :
You will primarily be involved in human resources administration, including:
- Administrative management of employee files (hiring, contracts, amendments, certificates, etc.)
- Monitoring of employee arrivals/departures
- Updating HR data and internal tools
- Management of HR documents and archiving
- Responding to employees' administrative requests
- Support for the HR team on daily administrative matters
Required profile :
- With a Bac+2/3 degree (Associate's or Bachelor's level) in Human Resources or Economics, you have successful experience in a similar role.
- You are proficient in office software.
- You are rigorous, precise, and reliable.
- You have good interpersonal skills and a good ability to adapt.
- You have an excellent service-oriented mindset and wish to grow within a developing organization, a subsidiary of a large group.
