Job :
Attached to the General Management, your main mission is to manage, lead and coordinate civil engineering subcontractors while respecting costs, deadlines, and quality processes in accordance with the expected requirements.
Your tasks are as follows:
- Develop the specifications for the works;
- Prepare contracts with the works companies;
- Ensure interface management with the involved works companies;
- Develop operational and organizational procedures for the execution of works;
- Monitor the realization and execution of works;
- Coordinate and develop the annual works program;
- Manage budgets.
Required profile :
With a degree as an engineer in civil engineering – graduate of a top school like EHTP, EMI, you have successful experience in an engineering consultancy firm or a works company.
You also have the following skills:
- Knowledge of budget evaluation for works;
- Mastery of budget management, deadlines, and quality of works;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in computer tools.
