- Define, plan, and manage the strategy for preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of production resources to minimize downtime and performance losses.
- Supervise, lead, and develop maintenance teams (technicians, subcontractors).
- Develop and track maintenance plans, performance indicators (failure rate, MTBF, MTTR, etc.), and associated budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules during interventions and verify that equipment meets current regulatory standards.
- Manage external service provider interventions and oversee maintenance contracts.
- Participate in investment, continuous improvement, and facility reliability projects.
- Implement and operate a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Analyze recurring failures, propose, and implement technical and organizational improvement actions.
- Collaborate with production, quality, QHSE, and methods departments to optimize the overall performance of the industrial tool.

Required Profile:

DUT/BTS + experience

Basic Training:

Training in industrial engineering or mechanics

Required Experience:

2 years in a similar role

Necessary Qualities:

In-depth knowledge of Maintenance and proficiency in CMMS software

Proficiency in safety and hygiene standards
Good communication skills, Independent, Interpersonal skills
