Job :

Reporting to the Regional Manager and the Sales Director, you will be based in Rabat and join our sales team spread across Morocco. You will be responsible for the commercial actions necessary for the development of the client portfolio in the assigned geographical sector and will ensure its follow-up.
Your main missions will be:





  • Client portfolio management;

  • Identification and prospecting of new clients in the assigned geographical area, and you will ensure follow-up of price offers and achievement of set sales objectives;

  • Planning of prospecting visits to potential clients in collaboration with the Regional Manager;

  • Carrying out and monitoring all administrative tasks related to your position (sales performance, reporting, etc.);

  • Transmission of "field" information from regular and rigorous benchmarking;

  • Working in synergy with internal teams based at headquarters in liaison with the Regional Manager.





This position requires regular travel to certain cities in Morocco.








Required profile :


Education and Experience:
You have a Bac+4/5 degree in commerce and have at least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.
 





Required Skills:





  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of organization combined with a pronounced taste for challenges;

  • Perfect command of French, written and spoken, English is a plus;

  • Good command of computer tools;

  • Commercial analysis skills;

  • Perfect mastery of sales and portfolio management techniques;



Necessary Qualities:





  • Excellent sales skills;

  • Interpersonal skills and a sense of service;

  • Good analytical and synthesis skills;

  • Autonomy and professionalism.
