Job :
You will be in charge of a portfolio of business clients in good risk and profitability conditions.
Your main tasks:
• Enhance and develop its portfolio in consultation with the Business Relationship Manager (BCE) and the Business Center Director (DCAF) to ensure objectives are met
• Ensure quality monitoring of operations in its portfolio on a daily basis
• Process client requests and complaints
As such:
On the commercial side
• Ensure responsibility for achieving commercial objectives and developing the net banking income (PNB) of its portfolio
• Develop and enhance its portfolio in terms of equipment, deposits, and commitments within the framework of the action plan developed in consultation with the BCE and DCAF
• Guarantee the quality of daily customer relations
• Ensure proper monitoring and processing of customer complaints in its portfolio
On the risk side
• Monitor events received for compensation on a daily basis
• Work with the BCE to recalibrate credit lines to reduce the frequency of ad hoc requests
• Leverage proximity to the client to monitor alert reports and commercial recovery management reports
• In consultation with the BCE, ensure the recovery of outstanding debts in its portfolio, identify regularization solutions with the client, and manage their follow-up.
• Ensure control of the portfolio's CNR (Net Banking Income Ratio)
On the operational side
• Ensure compliance with the rules related to its activity and the operations it handles, in terms of financial security (KYC, AML/CFT), regulatory non-compliance risks, reputational risk, or social responsibility
• Ensure control of operational risks
• Ensure regular updates of the client file.
• Take charge of executing action plans to regularize detected anomalies and identified non-compliance risks.
