We are recruiting an Administrative Manager to ensure the good administrative, legal, and institutional management of our establishment's activities.




The position aims to guarantee compliance, transparency, and rigor in monitoring legal, financial, and organizational obligations, while supporting the smooth operation of bodies and partnerships.




Main tasks:
- Organize councils, committees, and governance bodies.
- Ensure follow-up of decisions and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Supervise budget consolidation and internal control procedures.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and grant files.
- Contribute to relations with institutional partners and overall activity reporting.






Required profile :

Profile sought:
- Higher education (Master's degree) in law, management, or finance.
- Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in French, Arabic, and English.
- Strong skills in administrative, legal, and budget management.
Rigor, discretion, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
