Your role will be essential in overseeing production operations, ensuring process compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing methods. You will actively participate in achieving production objectives while guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your main missions will include:

• Supervising production activities in compliance with procedures and good practices.


• Monitoring production performance indicators and proposing corrective actions.


• Participating in the validation of equipment and manufacturing processes.


• Managing production teams and ensuring their development.


• Contributing to risk management and the implementation of safety policies.


• Participating in the development and updating of technical documentation.

Ideally, you hold a Doctorate in Pharmacy, with recognized specialization in Production, Quality, Safety, or Maintenance within the pharmaceutical industry.

First professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector, would be a major asset to succeed in this position.

• Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical production processes.


• Mastery of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and current regulations.


• Solid skills in project management and team management.


• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a sense of organization.
