Join a major player in the Aeronautics / Space sector and actively participate in its development! Our company, recognized for its excellence and innovative spirit, is seeking a Training and Integration Coordinator to strengthen its dynamic team. This position is based in Casablanca Nouasseur, a center of excellence where talent thrives. Your mission will be to design, deploy, and optimize training and integration programs, thereby contributing to operational excellence and skills development within our organization.




Reporting to the HR Development department, your role is to ensure a smooth and enriching integration for every new employee. Concurrently, you will manage the training plan, identifying the evolving needs of our employees and implementing relevant training pathways aligned with the challenges of our sector. 




Main responsibilities of this position:





  • Ensure the smooth integration of new employees.

  • Coordinate between the recruitment process, integration, and HR administrative management.

  • Design and coordinate integration programs for new hires, including welcome sessions, company presentations, and job discovery pathways.

  • Oversee the training plan, its execution, and its traceability.

  • Identify individual and collective training needs through in-depth analysis and diagnostics.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and integration actions by collecting participant feedback and analyzing key indicators.

  • Ensure that training programs comply with current regulations.

  • Stay updated on new pedagogical methods and changes in the training market.

  • Manage administrative aspects related to training (registrations, agreements, file tracking).




Required profile :

Profile sought:





  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4 to Bac+5) in human resources, personnel management, or professional training.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in an industrial environment.

  • Excellent command of training management techniques and integration processes.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

  • High level of organization and rigor in managing files and tracking actions.

  • Proven ability to analyze needs and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Keen sense of human relations and ability to work in a team.

  • Good command of IT tools, including office software and ideally HRIS.

  • Strong proactivity and initiative to suggest continuous improvements.

  • Awareness of the challenges in the aeronautics/space sector would be a plus.
