Job :
To strengthen our IT teams, we are recruiting an IT Technician for our site in Fez. Your tasks will be:
- To intervene in the installation and configuration of IT and telecommunications systems according to the specifications of internal requests, group policy, and legislation
- To optimize IT resources to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions
- To ensure the application of preventive maintenance procedures
- To ensure the implementation of security rules, anti-piracy, and anti-theft measures
- To provide fast and professional technical IT support to users in production and members of the General Management
- To configure, monitor, and track IT equipment (desktop and laptop computers, printers, and audio-visual equipment)
- Alternating between individual work and collaboration on IT projects with other colleagues from the Department or within the international group
- To carry out regular "back-office" tasks (updating action plans, maintaining the dashboard, etc.) or specific tasks (incident reports)
- Possibility of on-call duty on weekends and travel within Morocco.
- Report daily in a qualitative and quantitative manner to the IT coordinator
Required profile :
BAC +2 minimum in IT System and Network
Required Skills:
• Good level in French and English (Spoken & Written)
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Windows 10/11 platform and Office tools (Outlook/ Office 365)
• Knowledge of Active Directory (OU, GPO, user and PC identity management)
• SCCM knowledge (workstation master deployment);
• General knowledge of basic concepts (OSI model) and architecture techniques (client/server, datacenter) of systems and networks (VLAN, switch, FW...)
• General knowledge of various common operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, IOS), hardware architectures (CPU, GPU, RAM...), software (standalone, client/server), and telecommunications (VOIP, FTTH)
• Knowledge of technical environments: Fortigate, VMWare, Office365, Azure Cloud, Active Directory, TCP/IP networks, Wifi
• Ability to withstand stress (in difficult situations)
