Job :
As a Responsible Pharmacist & DGD, you will have a strategic, regulatory, and operational role, including in particular:
• Ensure the legal pharmaceutical responsibility of the company in accordance with Moroccan regulations
• Supervise and guarantee the compliance of activities related to:
- the management, storage, and distribution of medicines;
- pharmaceutical logistics units (ULC);
- the traceability, quality, and safety of health products.
• Be the official contact person for the competent authorities (Ministry of Health, inspections, audits);
• Participate in the company's governance as Delegate General Manager;
• Contribute to the structuring and development of new pharmaceutical supply chain projects;
• Collaborate closely with General Management on strategy, partnerships, and innovation.
Required profile :
• Doctor of Pharmacy, registered with the Order of Pharmacists
• Regulatory experience required:
- Minimum 2 years in a pharmacy, or
- 1 year in a pharmaceutical establishment (industry, distribution, logistics, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Moroccan pharmaceutical regulations
• Strong interest in:
- health logistics;
- supply chain;
- structuring projects with national impact.
• Leadership, rigor, sense of responsibility
• Comfortable in hybrid environments: regulatory + operational + strategic.
