Job :
Main tasks :
- Supervise and control the billing of medical care and services, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Liaise with insurance companies and patients for payment and reimbursement follow-up.
- Optimize billing procedures and propose improvements to reduce recovery times.
- Manage the admissions/billing team and ensure good customer service.
Required profile :
Required skills :
- Proficiency in hospital billing software and ERP tools (will be an advantage).
- Good knowledge of medical care pricing and reimbursement rules.
- Service-oriented and excellent communication skills.
- Rigor, organization, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years of study (equivalent to Master's degree)
- 8 to 10 years of experience
