Job :
The Software Lead Developer will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the reception of functional requirements before starting development:
o Reception of Features.
o Reception of User Stories.
o Reception and review of defined acceptance criteria.
- Being the guarantor and driver of the technical quality implemented within their products:
o Co-design of the technical solution to be used with solution architects.
o Co-writing detailed technical specifications with the software architect.
o Review and validation of front & back unit tests.
o Regular review and validation of PRs.
o Control and management of technical debt.
- Monitoring and controlling backlog progress:
o Assignment of US, Bugs & Issues.
o Checking the level of detail in tasks.
o Validation of the task breakdown proposed by developers.
o Monitoring task progress and actual time spent by developers.
o Coordination of task execution with developers.
- Managing and organizing product delivery:
o Writing and publishing the technical Release Notes.
o Checking deliveries.
o Supporting business acceptance testing.
- Support management:
o Verify and assign user support tickets.
o Direct technical point of contact for our Key Users on our products.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in IT.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience as a Software Lead Developer.
