YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:
Ensure:
- The structuring of medium and long-term financing.
- The quality of credit applications submitted to decision-making bodies, the reliability and completeness of the information presented.
- The efficient execution of the different phases of the granting process (study, validation, implementation in collaboration with the middle office) within the given deadlines.
- Client satisfaction regarding the efficiency and service level of the bank in processing their credit application.
- Periodic monitoring of compliance with the conditions of the granted credits.
Handle:
- In-depth analysis of credit files;
- Formulation of financing proposals;
- Negotiation of financing conditions and legal documentation with the client.
- Operational and commercial synergies with the various teams of the SG group.
Required profile :
With a degree from a top-tier business or engineering school, you have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in corporate finance in a similar role, acquired at a leading financial institution, a financial consulting firm, or within the finance department of a group.
Job Skills:
- Solid knowledge of finance, accounting, and law;
- Analysis and reprocessing of complex Business Plans;
- Structuring of financing Term Sheets;
- Legal and financial structuring;
