In collaboration with the management of EAMR, the Academic Director / teaching and research staff is responsible for jointly overseeing accreditations, recognition follow-up, and other tasks related to academic direction, particularly for the programs offered at EAMR, with the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation of Morocco, and for the accreditation of these programs with the CTI (Commission des Titres d'Ingénieurs) in France. He or she will be responsible for coordinating and leading the team of teaching and research staff, while also providing teaching in his or her discipline and relevant skills within the specializations of Arts et Métiers campus of Rabat.

Activities

• Monitoring the accreditations of Professional Bachelor/Bachelor of Technology and State Engineer / PGE Arts et Métiers engineer programs with the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation of Morocco, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Arts et Métiers academic models while adapting them to the local context.


• Following up with the Arts et Métiers management responsible for accreditation with the CTI, to award the PGE Arts et Métiers engineer title at the EAMR campus, in close collaboration with the Deputy General Management of Training at Arts et Métiers.


• Coordinating, leading, and synchronizing the EAMR teaching and research staff team, consisting of permanent teaching and research staff, adjunct faculty, and visiting professors from Arts et Métiers.


• Implementing innovative pedagogy based largely on "learning by doing".


• Organizing student recruitment.


• Providing teaching relevant to his or her discipline and skills to students in the major field of his or her expertise.


• Conducting research in the major field of his or her expertise.


• Establishing a quality management system and continuous improvement of training programs.


• Managing the administrative and qualitative aspects of the training programs.


• Participating in pedagogical meetings organized by the General Directorate of Training at Arts et Métiers France.


• Developing, planning, and approving the annual pedagogical schedule (timetables, academic calendars, exam periods, juries, defenses).


• Approving the number of hours, teaching loads, and module distribution with the teachers, in accordance with the academic models and budgetary constraints.

• Moroccan nationality


• Teaching and research staff in the specializations of Arts et Métiers campus Rabat / holder of a doctorate


• Recognized pedagogical expertise in the field of training at Arts et Métiers campus Rabat (particularly energy engineering, industrial engineering, processes, automation-robotics, system design, or mechanical construction);


• Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation and persuasion abilities;


• Very good teamwork skills;


• Leadership and strategic thinking;


• Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
