Job :


Main Mission: 




Ensure the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System to guarantee compliance with standards, the efficiency of internal processes, and the lasting satisfaction of employees and partners within the foundation.





Missions & Responsibilities: 





  • Contribute to the implementation and management of the Quality Management System in accordance with the applicable framework

  • Prepare, conduct, and follow up on internal and external quality audits

  • Implement Quality monitoring indicators (Quality Dashboards, KPIs...)

  • Train and support employees in Quality approaches

  • Lead improvement projects

  • Prepare regular reports to be shared with management




Required profile :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in quality standards and frameworks

  • Proficiency in implementing and managing the QMS

  • Proficiency in audit techniques

  • Definition and monitoring of Quality indicators

  • Development of quality dashboards

  • Ability to propose solutions to strengthen quality culture and efficiency.

  • Training employees on quality

  • Analysis and optimization of Processes (Continuous Improvement)

  • A Green/Black Belt certification would be desirable
