Job :
- Manage all operations for receiving, storing, and distributing spare parts.
- Ensure parts availability according to workshop and customer needs.
- Optimize stock management (min/max levels, turnover, coverage, obsolescence, non-moving items).
- Check delivery compliance and manage discrepancies, claims, and supplier disputes.
- Optimize store organization and layout while respecting safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (stock turnover, value, reliability, etc.).
- Plan and supervise periodic and annual inventories.
- Supervise, lead, and develop the store team.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules.
- Ensure effective coordination with Purchasing, Logistics, Workshop, and Accounting departments.
Required profile :
- A minimum of Bac+3 (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in logistics, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 to 4 years in a similar role, ideally in the automotive or industrial sector.
- Expertise in stock management and logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP/DMS systems and computer tools, especially Excel.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance indicators.
