On behalf of our client specialized in the construction industry, we are recruiting an Administrative and Financial Director.
Your missions :
Financial Management :
- Supervise general accounting, including record-keeping, invoice payments, cash receipts, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and profitability analyses.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations.
Administrative Management :
- Oversee administrative functions such as contract management, purchasing, facilities management, inventory management, and supplier relations.
- Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate human resources activities, including payroll, benefits, and labor law compliance.
Forecasting and Analysis :
- Develop annual budgets and short- and long-term financial forecasts.
- Analyze variances between actual results and budget objectives, and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational efficiency.
Compliance and Reporting :
- Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other government reports.
- Coordinate internal and external financial audits.

Education and Experience :
Required education: Master's degree in Corporate Finance from a Business School or University with a specialization in Corporate Finance
20 years of experience in the construction industry.
Technical Skills :
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial standards, and current regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
Budget management
Proficiency in financial software and IT tools, including ERP systems.
