Job :

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, your main mission is to:
- Lead the Foundation's payroll and compensation policy, ensuring its fairness and compliance with current regulations ;
- Supervise the management and control of the payroll mass while ensuring cost optimization ;
- Develop and update procedures related to compensation and payroll mass management ;
- Ensure the application of legal, regulatory, and conventional provisions regarding compensation ;
- Monitor and analyze payroll mass management indicators to inform strategic decision-making ;
- Contribute to the implementation of decision-support tools for workforce and payroll mass management ;
- Supervise the management of variable and fixed payroll elements and ensure their reliability ;
- Ensure the management of mandatory social declarations and control the quality and consistency of data in the payroll system ;
- Coordinate studies and audits related to compensation and payroll mass ;
- Produce dashboards and periodic reports on payroll mass changes ;
- Advise General Management on compensation strategies and market trends ;
- Lead and monitor the payroll mass budget in collaboration with the relevant departments ;
- Ensure the development and execution of projects and action plans for your division and report on them ;
- Manage and evaluate the activities of the division's team.





Required profile :

- Holder of a Bac+5 (Master's degree) in HR Management, Finance, or Accounting.
- At least five (05) years of experience in compensation and payroll mass management.
- Proficiency in HR and payroll management tools.
- Good knowledge of budget management techniques.
- Analytical and synthetic thinking skills.
