Job Objective
As an HR Assistant, you are the operational pillar of the department. Your mission is to ensure the smooth running of HR processes and administrative efficiency, while being the main point of contact for our talents on a daily basis. You will ensure that files comply with French Labor Law standards.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Management Secretarial & HRD Support
• Organizing and optimizing the HRD’s schedule (internal/external appointments).
• Screening calls, managing incoming emails, and writing professional correspondence.
• Filing, confidential archiving, and formatting presentations (Google Slides / AI).
2. Operational Recruitment Management & Sourcing
• Posting job ads on international job boards and social networks.
• Telephone pre-screening and candidate review.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with operational managers.
3. Onboarding & Employee Experience
• Preparing for the arrival of new talents (contracts, administrative files, tools).
• Leading integration sessions to ensure a successful immersion.
• Monitoring trial periods and providing close support.
4. Personnel Administration & Reporting
• Managing administrative files (contracts, amendments, certificates).
• Tracking attendance, leave, and preparing variable payroll elements.
• Regularly updating HR dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Cross-Functional HR Projects
• Participating in the implementation of workplace well-being policies (QVT).
• Assisting in the organization of internal events (Team building, Afterworks).
Required profile :
Profile Sought
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources or Labor Law.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the offshoring sector targeting the French market.
Technical Skills
• Excellent knowledge of French Labor Law.
• Excellent writing and synthesis skills.
• Perfect mastery of the Google Workspace environment and common use of AI tools for HR optimization.
• Impeccable command of French (oral/written) and good level of English.

• Rigor: You pay attention to detail, especially in administrative management.

Working Conditions & Environment
This position is specifically designed for our South American operations (UTC –3 Time Zone):
• Hours: Start of the day around 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM French Guiana time (UTC - 3) (perfect for those who like to have their mornings free!).
• Flexibility: Possibility of partial remote work (subject to having a dedicated space and a stable fiber optic connection).
