Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain the Project eBOM based on the Generic eBOM.
- Collect, verify and validate all eBOM Change Requests from BCI teams.
- Ensure eBOM compliance, data completeness and structural consistency in PLM.
- Represent the BCI team in weekly commission compo meetings with meta function.
- Prepare and secure CAD 2, CAD 3 releases.
- Create and manage ECOs PDEF PREA and release-related data.
- Monitor eBOM quality KPIs and drive corrective actions.
- Drive eBOM implementation and data consistency across PLM and eBOM ecosystems.
- Deliver weekly eBOM status reporting to project team.
Mastery of PLM/ERP tools: PLM Enovia, CODEP, SAP.
Codification and nomenclature: LCDV management, standards, technical data quality.
Management of engineering changes (ECO/LA/PA) and traceability in PLM/ERP.
Manage colors and wiring harness perimeter
Maintain roles and responsabilities of codification and diversity manager
Desired Candidate Profile
- Background in automotive engineering, industrial / mechanical engineering
- Proven experience in Engineering Bill Of Materials management, PLM environments and project coordination .
- Good understanding of : Vehicle architecture and module structure, Product configuration and variant management, Release processes.
- Hard Skills (Technical & Functional)
- Strong knowledge of: eBOM structures and logic, product configuration and variant management, part lifecycle and release management.
- Proven experience with PLM systems, especially ENOVIA from Dassault Syst mes.
- Ability to manage: initial eBOM loading, eBOM structuring, eBOM evolution and change control.
- Lead eBOM changes with meta function team.
- Strong understanding of: Vehicle program organization, Module and system decomposition, Project eBOM vs module eBOM consistency.
- Experience using business intelligence tools such as SAP BI 4 from SAP.
- Ability to work with: eBOM Change Request files, PTA files, PowerTools, DocInfo, CODEP / EBOM viewers.
- Knowledge of release workflows for prototype and serial phases.
