com with a paid relocation package to Athens, Greece.
This role is perfect for individuals who are fluent in Dutch and passionate about providing excellent customer service within the travel and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers using Booking.
com’s platform via phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other service-related questions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Stay informed about Booking.
com’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.

Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
No experience needed, but willingness to learn!
