ضمان الإنتاج بما يتوافق مع الإجراءات والتعليمات المقدمة في محطة العمل؛ ضمان الامتثال للجدول الذي حدده مديره؛ أن يكون مسؤولاً عن برنامج إنتاج فريقه؛ ضمان جودة المنتجات المصنوعة بما يتوافق مع عملية التحكم؛ مراقبة تسجيل الإنتاج والهدر والتعطيل في EAM في الوقت الفعلي؛ إعلام المدير الذي يقوده في حالة وجود مشاكل إنتاجية؛ المشاركة الفعالة في إجراءات خطة تحسين الموقع؛ المشاركة الفعالة في نظام الاقتراحات الخاصة بالسلامة والأداء؛ تنظيم توزيع العمل داخل فريقه؛ ضمان تغييرات الفريق (نظافة المنطقة، نقل التعليمات اللازمة إلى فريق التناوب)؛ إدارة تحركات فريقه ضمن إطار القواعد الداخلية؛ ضمان تكامل وتدريب المجموعة الجديدة في محطة عملهم؛ المشاركة في تحليل مشاكل الجودة، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية؛ المشاركة الفعالة في إجراءات خطة تحسين الموقع؛ إيقاف الإنتاج في حالة وجود مشاكل جودة أو سلامة أو بيئية وتنفيذ الإجراءات اللازمة؛ وضع التكاليف الأسبوعية؛ ضمان عملية التحسين المستمر في قطاعه؛ ضمان الامتثال لعمليات التصنيع مع تحسين الاستهلاك واحترام FIFO للمنتجات والمواد؛ تطبيق ساعات العمل والتعليمات والانضباط والإجراءات؛ ضمان الامتثال لقواعد النظافة والجودة والبيئة والسلامة ونظافة المصنع؛ تحديث الوثائق المتعلقة بالتدريب (جدول ومخطط التعددية); ضمان التنسيق بين قادة الفرق؛ ضمان إدارة الفريق؛ إعداد التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية؛ متابعة تدريب الموظفين الجدد وتغييرات الوظائف؛ وضع وعرض مؤشرات الإنتاج.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure production in compliance with the procedures and instructions provided at the workstation; Ensure compliance with the schedule established by his manager; Be responsible for the production program of his team; Guarantee the quality of manufactured products in compliance with the control process; Monitor the recording of production, waste, and breakdowns in EAM in real time; Inform his hierarchical manager in case of production problems; Actively participate in the site's improvement plan actions; Actively participate in the safety and performance suggestion system; Organize work distribution within his team; Ensure team changeovers (cleanliness of the area, handover of necessary instructions to the relief team); Manage his team's movements within the framework of internal rules; Ensure the integration and training of new hires at their workstation; Participate in the analysis of quality problems and corrective actions; Actively participate in the site's improvement plan actions; Stop production in case of Quality, safety, or environmental problems and implement necessary actions; Establish the weekly assignment; Guarantee the continuous improvement process in his sector; Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes while optimizing consumption and respecting the FIFO of products and materials; Enforce working hours, instructions, discipline, and procedures; Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, environmental, safety rules, and factory cleanliness; Update documents related to Training (Schedule and versatility grid); Ensure coordination between team leaders; Ensure team management; Prepare internal and external audits; Ensure follow-up of new recruit training and job changes; Establish and display production indicators.
