Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent organizes and leads the implementation of manufacturing programs. Also having a quality control role, while being the guarantor of the continuity of the production line, he thus ensures a link with other departments. As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will be as follows*:

Carry out the weekly workload according to the planning provided by the Assistant Production Manager.

Update the progress status of order planning at the end of each shift.

Distribute and allocate the workload according to the daily planning and priorities.

Lead and motivate production teams daily to achieve the quality/productivity objectives set by the Management (team launch meetings, information, TOP5).

Monitor the quality and productivity performance of the workshop daily.

Report to the Production Manager on production progress, problems encountered, and solutions implemented.

Lead the TOP5 for the Molding/Assembly sectors daily.

Participate daily in the inter-operations control Quality meeting, and supervise inter-operations control.

Seek all solutions likely to improve the productivity and quality of the workshop and, generally, the profitability of the company (modification/improvement of workstations, reorganization of staff, reduction/optimization of raw material consumption).

Ensure that tracking documents (GP, PV) are correctly completed by operators.

Ensure that the Track-it system is used correctly and updated according to the physical flow.

Ensure that the products used comply with requirements and are not expired.

Provide technical assistance to staff in case of problems and seek the best solutions with the support of other departments to resolve them.

Ensure the development of workshop staff versatility by promoting their training on several positions...

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bac+2/+3 level education.
• 2 years of experience in the aeronautics sector.
• Proficiency in written and spoken French.
• Proficiency in computer tools.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Production Management (CAPM) software.
• Ability to analyze dashboard indicators.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance.
