Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description: As part of the growth of our QA activities, we are looking for a Senior Functional Tester to join our teams and contribute to the quality of deliverables on high-visibility strategic projects. You will work on complex environments (web, mobile, API, ERP, etc.) within agile teams.

Main missions

• Participate in defining the test strategy and writing the test plan.
• Design, maintain and execute functional test scenarios (manual and automatic depending on the scope).
• Identify, document and track anomalies until they are resolved.
• Collaborating closely with the MOA, development and product teams to ensure functional compliance.
• Participate in specification reviews and agile ceremonies (daily, sprint review, retro).
• Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process (tools, methodology, best practices).
• To support and train the junior testers of the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Required skills

• Solid experience in functional testing on web/mobile applications.
• My mastery of test management tools: Jira, Xray, TestLink, HP ALM or equivalents.
• Good knowledge of APIs and understanding of REST / JSON / XML exchanges.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of automation is appreciated (Postman, SoapUI, Selenium, Karate, Katalon).
• Ability to write clear and structured documents (test book, campaign report).
• Good level of communication and sense of teamwork.

Search profile

• Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Analytical, rigorous, curious and quality-oriented mind.
• Good level of English (reading and writing technical documentation).
