• Design, develop, and maintain back-end microservices in Java / Spring Boot.
• Implement and operate real-time messaging and streaming solutions via Kafka.
• Develop and optimize MongoDB databases to manage large volumes of data.
• Participate in technical and functional design phases.
• Integrate quality best practices (tests, code reviews, CI/CD).
• Contribute to the security and performance of applications.
• Work closely with front-end, DevOps, and product teams.
• Evolve in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe).

• Very good command of Java / Spring Boot.
• Expertise in Kafka (streaming, messaging, high availability).
• Experience in MongoDB (modeling, optimization, large volume management).
• Solid knowledge of microservices and REST API integration.
• Experience with CI/CD environments and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
