ما ستفعله:
- يجب أن تكون قادرًا على العمل خلال الليل واتباع البروتوكول الصحيح خلال ساعات تشغيل الفندق في الليل.
- يسلّم الأمتعة إلى الغرفة عند تسجيل الوصول ويأخذ الأمتعة من الغرفة عند المغادرة، وينقل الأمتعة إلى التخزين أو إلى المدخل الأمامي.
- مساعدة خدمة ركن السيارات عند طلب الضيف في ركن المركبة واسترجاعها..
- يحافظ على سجلات مناسبة للأمتعة المخزنة، وتسليم الشحنات والتقاطها بما يتوافق مع معايير فور سيزونز.
- يتعامل مع جميع تفاعلات الضيوف بأعلى مستوى من الضيافة وبالمهنية، مع تلبية الطلبات الخاصة كلما أمكن ذلك.
- يساعد في حل شكاوى العملاء، ويساعد الضيوف في جميع الاستفسارات المتعلقة بخدمات الفندق، ساعات العمل، الفعاليات الداخلية، الإرشادات، إلخ.
- تقديم توجيه فندقي للضيوف القادمين.
- سيكمل أي مهام كحارس باب، وبيلمان. استقبل جميع الضيوف بابتسامة وقدم لهم المساعدة.
- المساعدة في ليل MOD مع طلبات الضيوف.
- يعمل بتناغم وباحترافية مع الزملاء.

Four Seasons Casablanca is looking for a Guest Service Agent who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything he does.

What you will do:
- Must be able to work overnight and follow proper protocol in the overnight hours of hotel operation.
- Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.
- Assisting valet parking service upon guest’s request on vehicle parking, retrieval..
- Maintains proper records of stored luggage, package deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Four Seasons Standards.
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Helps resolve customer complaints, assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Providing arriving guests with a hotel orientation.
- Will complete any tasks of a Doorman, Bellman. Greet all guests with a smile and offer them assistance.
- Assist overnight MOD with guests requests.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers.
