• Coordinate customer demand reviews with Customer Service to identify volume increases and decreases and adjust production plans accordingly.
• Develop and maintain daily production schedules by product line to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Manage planning across all process steps and optimize work-in-progress levels to achieve target service rates.
• Coordinate engineering changes, product phase-outs, and new product launches to eliminate obsolete inventory.
• Monitor material availability before production release and ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Manage production priorities and coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to support customer delivery commitments.
• Analyze capacity, logistics data, and customer performance indicators to support planning decisions and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with IATF requirements, customer-specific requirements, and regulatory standards while driving corrective and preventive actions.

• Experience in production planning, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS), capacity planning, and inventory management processes.
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards, including IATF requirements and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring customer KPIs, logistics data, and production performance metrics.
