Missions:
- To define the need for the creation or maintenance of an organization, a process, a procedure, or a governance body: define the objective, scope, stakeholders, and the provisional work plan.
- To organize and lead design workshops.
- To formalize organizational documents and get them approved by stakeholders.
- To define and monitor the execution of deployment plans for organizational changes.
- To feed and update the repositories concerned by the changes.
- To collaborate with the HR department to share organizational changes affecting organizational charts and job descriptions.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role or in organization, transformation, or process improvement.
- Good command of project management and change management.
- Rigor, analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills.
