تدريب في QHSE، الجودة، النظافة، السلامة، أو مجال مشابه. خبرة سابقة في بيئة فندقية تعتبر ميزة. دقة وتنظيم. قدرة تفكير تحليلية. مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على رفع الوعي بين الفرق.
The Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach & Spa is recruiting a QHSE Assistant/Coordinator. You will be responsible for participating in the deployment and monitoring of Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment standards within the establishment. Main responsibilities: Participate in monitoring QHSE procedures. Ensure follow-up of internal controls and audits. Contribute to compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Participate in raising awareness and training teams. Monitor corrective and preventive actions. Participate in the analysis of incidents and non-conformities. Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with the various hotel departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Training in QHSE, quality, hygiene, safety, or a similar field. Previous experience in a hotel environment is a plus. Rigorous and organized. Analytical mindset. Good interpersonal skills and ability to raise awareness among teams.
