• Produce and update industrial mechanical and/or electrical technical drawings
• Design and modify technical plans according to project requirements
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to understand client needs
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project deadlines
• Perform quality control of plans before validation
• Participate in the improvement of work methods and processes
• Manage priorities to ensure project delivery on time
• Ensure the updating and archiving of technical documents

• Degree or training in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or similar field
• Experience in mechanical and/or electrical design
• Experience in the elevator, construction, or industrial engineering sector is an asset
• Experience in the elevator field is highly desired
• Good command of AutoCAD and Autodesk tools
• Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Very good command of French, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of English is a plus
• Rigor, precision, and organizational skills
• Team spirit and customer orientation
• Good management of priorities and adherence to deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team
