Your missions
- Define and implement the commercial strategy for the METTLER TOLEDO ranges.
- Manage, support, and develop a team of specialized sales representatives.
- Develop sales for different product lines: industrial weighing, retail solutions for large retailers, inspection (metal detectors, X-ray, checkweighers), weighbridges, and associated solutions.
- Identify new commercial opportunities with industrial companies and key accounts.
- Lead strategic deals and support the team in negotiating high-value projects.
- Ensure follow-up of the commercial pipeline, sales forecasts, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with the technical, after-sales service, marketing, and sales administration teams.
- Maintain a privileged relationship with METTLER TOLEDO and ensure the local deployment of the brand's commercial strategy.
Required profile :
Profile sought
- Graduate engineer from a top school (ENIM, EMI, ENSAM, ENSEM, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an industrial B2B environment.
- Successful commercial experience is desired.
- Significant experience in managing a sales team is essential.
