Join a dynamic team and contribute to managing the applications at the heart of the SUEZ information system exchange platform. YOUR MISSION Main Mission Within the Information Systems Department, the Nexthink Expert is responsible for the administration, development, and operation of the Nexthink platform to improve the digital employee experience (DEX). They implement dashboards, communication campaigns, automated remediation, and advanced analytics to anticipate incidents, improve service quality, and optimize workstation performance. He works closely with the Digital Workplace, Service Desk, Endpoint Engineering, Security, Microsoft 365 teams, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities: Platform Administration: Administer the Nexthink platform. Manage collectors, engines, licenses, and updates. Ensure platform availability and performance. Ensure configuration compliance. User Experience Analysis: Design DEX dashboards. Monitor workstation health indicators. Identify performance degradations. Conduct root cause analyses. Produce reports for operational teams and management. Automation: Develop Remote Actions. Design automated remediation campaigns. Deploy user communication campaigns. Measure the effectiveness of implemented actions. Continuous Improvement: Identify user pain points. Propose improvement plans. Prioritize actions based on their business impact. Contribute to the Digital Employee Experience strategy. Support IT teams: Assist the Service Desk in identifying incidents. Provide advanced analysis during crises. Participate in major incident resolution teams. Train teams on the use of Nexthink data. Governance: Define Nexthink usage standards. Ensure data quality. Document developments. Participate in architecture reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Nexthink certification preferred. ITIL Foundation certification desired. Professional English. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Digital Workplace or desktop administration. At least 2 years of experience with Nexthink. Experience in a large company's IT department. Experience in an international environment preferred. Required Technical Skills: Nexthink Infinity administration. Digital Employee Experience (DEX). Windows 10/11. Microsoft Intune. Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM). Microsoft 365. Entra ID (Azure AD). PowerShell. ServiceNow. Data analysis. Dashboard creation. Desktop performance management. Preferred: Microsoft Graph. Azure. Power BI. Python. SQL. Microsoft Defender. Sentinel. ITIL. AIOps. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills. Synthesis skills. Customer focus. Excellent communication skills. Technical curiosity.
