VOTRE MISSION VOTRE MISSION Mission principale : Responsable QHSE a pour mission principale d accompagner la ligne manag riale dans l accomplissement des missions HSE. Il constitue un support technique et un relais d animation. Il a galement un r le d alerte et l habilitation interrompre une situation de travail en cas de risque majeur et imminent. D clinaison de la politique g n rale QHSE localement : Contribuer au d veloppement de la politique de pr vention du site, contr ler sa mise en place et assurer son animation. Participer la d finition et la r alisation des plans d action mener et des r gles respecter sur le site dans le cadre des politiques HSE globale et locale. Participer la r daction et/ou la communication des proc dures HSE, des supports de communication, des consignes de s curit ... Assister les responsables op rationnels dans la mise en uvre des proc dures et s assurer de leur bonne application. Contribuer la d finition des exigences s curit dans les nouveaux projets/contrats du site. Conseil au management Conseiller et alerter le management du site pour l ensemble des r flexions et/ou pour des actions sp cifiques mener. Respect de la r glementation et des proc dures internes sur le terrain R aliser les visites HSE et s assurer du respect des consignes (R gles qui sauvent). S assurer de la conformit du mat riel et des quipements et de leur bonne utilisation. Proposer des mesures pour corriger les carts constat s lors des contr les, suivre leur mise en place et rapporter les constats la hi rarchie. valuer les risques HSE selon la m thodologie en vigueur. D tecter et analyser les situations risque, proposer des solutions correctives et suivre leur mise en place. Am lioration continue : Suivre les diff rents indicateurs et reporting de l activit HSE sur son p rim tre. Proposer des am liorations des conditions de travail, d hygi ne et de la s curit . Contribuer la alimentation du retour d exp rience de l organisation. Manage public and private tenders, in conjunction with the technical and legal departments.
