Main duties: Participate in the preparation, cleaning, and cleaning of rooms according to standards. Provide support to housekeepers and chambermaids as needed and according to the department's workload. Perform necessary finishing touches to ensure impeccable room presentation. Clean and wipe windows, mirrors, bay windows, and other glass surfaces. Dust and thoroughly clean furniture, doors, baseboards, surfaces, and decorative elements. Participate in deep cleaning of rooms according to the established schedule. Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of corridors, staircases, elevators, offices, and other common areas. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all areas of the hotel at all times. Perform necessary deep cleaning and finishing work in common areas. Ensure the vacuuming, washing, and routine maintenance of various types of flooring. Perform marble crystallization and polishing according to established procedures. Carry out, as needed, stripping, polishing, and mechanical washing of floors. Use machines, equipment, and products correctly for each type of flooring. Ensure the protection of work areas and adherence to safety instructions during technical interventions on floors. Participate in the collection and transport of soiled linen and the distribution of clean linen. Replenish Housekeeping offices with linen, guest amenities, cleaning products, and necessary equipment. Participate in the setup, relocation, or removal of extra beds, equipment, and furniture as required by operational needs. Provide support to the various Housekeeping teams according to the hotel's activity and the priorities defined by management. Ensure the proper use, cleaning, maintenance, and storage of the equipment and supplies provided. Use cleaning products in accordance with dosages, procedures, and safety instructions. Respect hygiene, safety, and occupational risk prevention rules. Immediately report any anomalies, damage, or need for technical intervention observed in guest rooms or common areas to management. Follow Lost & Found procedures. Adhere to the standards, internal procedures, and instructions of the Housekeeping department.
