Your main mission will be to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates aligned with our company culture. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and qualifying recruitment needs in collaboration with operational teams.
- Actively sourcing candidates through various channels (professional social networks, databases, recruitment events).
- Conducting pre-screening interviews and assessing candidates' technical and behavioral skills.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from posting offers to making job offers.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners.
- Contributing to the improvement of recruitment tools and practices.
- Participating in HR projects aimed at strengthening our employer brand.
Required profile :
To succeed in this role, you have a degree of level Bac +5 and above, ideally specializing in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in recruitment, ideally in a technology environment, is required. Experience as a sourcing manager or recruitment consultant will be a major asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mastery of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Ability to conduct relevant evaluation interviews.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and proactivity.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- A good knowledge of the job market in the IT sector would be a plus.
