Job :


Listening and initial complaint processing




• Receive and analyze social complaints.
• Conduct confidential interviews and preliminary investigations.
• Refer to mediation or escalate to pre-litigation.





Pre-litigation management and case follow-up




• Process disciplinary files (head office/network).
• Prepare written responses and requests for additional information.
• Follow procedures for Labor Inspectorates/Employment Tribunals.





Prevention and awareness:




• Participate in listening/disciplinary committees.
• Train managers on conflict management/prevention.
• Ensure compliance with social law (Labor Code).





Reporting and coordination: 




• Produce complaint/pre-litigation tracking charts (resolution KPIs).
• Coordinate with General Management and regional managements.
• Contribute to monitoring social case law.





Required profile :

  • Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role. 

  • Proficiency in Social Law (dismissals, social security).

  • Proficiency in pre-litigation and social mediation procedures.

  • Knowledge of Moroccan labor regulations (CNSS, Inspectorates).

  • Active listening, neutrality, and absolute discretion.

  • Empathy, diplomacy, and stress resistance.

  • Rigor, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
