Job :
We are recruiting for a renowned international company, specialized in seed production, an Assistant Manager to support its directors in their daily tasks.
Main missions:
- Assist directors in administrative and organizational management.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, travel, and internal/external events.
- Prepare materials, reports, and documents needed for activity management.
- Ensure file follow-up, priority management, and information flow.
- Update databases and ensure rigorous document filing.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in management, administration, communication, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in executive assistance / office management (an asset).
- Excellent organization, sense of priorities, and high autonomy.
- Advanced proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).
- Proficiency in spoken and written French and English.
- Good interpersonal skills, discretion, and professionalism.
