Job :

We are recruiting for a renowned international company, specialized in seed production, an Assistant Manager to support its directors in their daily tasks.





Main missions: 





  • Assist directors in administrative and organizational management.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, travel, and internal/external events.

  • Prepare materials, reports, and documents needed for activity management.

  • Ensure file follow-up, priority management, and information flow.

  • Update databases and ensure rigorous document filing.

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative processes.




Required profile :

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in management, administration, communication, or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in executive assistance / office management (an asset).

  • Excellent organization, sense of priorities, and high autonomy.

  • Advanced proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).

  • Proficiency in spoken and written French and English.

  • Good interpersonal skills, discretion, and professionalism.
