As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting a Field Collection Agent.
Tasks:
- Ensure the collection of customer debts in the field
- Make customer visits and physical follow-ups
- Negotiate payment terms
- Track payments and report field information
- Update collection statuses
Required profile :
- Male, mobile in Casablanca and surrounding regions
- Bachelor's degree minimum (management, commerce, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Good negotiation skills and interpersonal ease
- Rigor, perseverance, and results-oriented
