Job :
Mission:
Ensure the maintenance, sustainability, and availability of drinking water supply networks, by providing a high level of technical performance, service continuity, and safety, in accordance with current standards and SRM CS quality requirements.
Activities:
Develop, plan, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans for drinking water supply networks.
Supervise and coordinate on-site repairs and maintenance (leaks, breaks, repairs, occasional renewals).
Lead, motivate, and evaluate field teams and any external contractors.
Monitor incidents, leaks, and repairs, and analyze their causes to suggest reliability improvements.
Coordinate actions with operations, works departments, and other relevant departments.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules on construction sites and during interventions.
Implement and monitor network performance indicators (leak rate, intervention time, availability).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance methods and the optimization of operating costs.
Provide regular reports to management.
Required profile :
Academic Training:
State-recognized engineering degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
Professional Experience:
More than 3 years of experience in the maintenance and operation of drinking water networks.
Required Skills:
In-depth technical expertise in drinking water distribution networks.
Leadership, management, and team motivation skills.
Sense of priorities, responsiveness, and ability to manage emergency situations.
Good command of HSE rules and standards applicable to water networks.
