Job :
Reporting to General Management, you will act as a true HR Business Partner, playing a key role in supporting teams and managers.
As such, your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage all HR aspects (personnel administration, HR development, social relations)
- Support managers in the daily management of their teams and in HR decision-making
- Structure and deploy HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, performance management)
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to social obligations
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of HR strategy in line with company objectives
- Actively participate in talent development and career management
- Promote a healthy social climate and assist in managing sensitive situations
- Implement HR indicators and monitor HR performance
- Be a proactive contributor to transformation and continuous improvement projects
Required profile :
Education and Experience:
With a higher education degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in a generalist HR role, with exposure to demanding and structured environments.
- Experience in growth, transformation, or multi-site contexts is a real asset.
Required Skills:
- Excellent mastery of HR fundamentals and Moroccan labor law
- Good knowledge of issues related to personnel administration, recruitment, career management, and social relations
- Ability to structure and optimize HR processes
- Very good communication and managerial support skills
- Proficiency in office tools and HR dashboards
- Good analytical and prioritization skills
- Very good level of French, both written and spoken
