Job :

Reporting to the Directorate of Pedagogical Affairs, the main tasks of a researcher are:
- Conduct continuous scientific and pedagogical monitoring of research and innovations in early childhood. - Actively participate in collaborative projects with the Foundation's entities to strengthen research-action and innovation in early childhood. - Conduct in-depth and careful literature reviews, using relevant scientific references on early childhood topics (0-6 years), following citation standards and avoiding plagiarism. Design and Implementation: - Identify and formulate relevant research issues by combining field data with scientific literature advances in early childhood (0-6 years). - Develop appropriate research protocols, considering the specifics of early childhood. - Collect and analyze qualitative and/or quantitative data (interviews with children, parents, educators; observations). Data Analysis and Interpretation: - Analyze and evaluate, using empirical data and scientific research, the impact of various factors (family, social, educational), as well as pedagogical approaches, on the child's cognitive, emotional, and social development. - Analyze behaviors, interactions, and educational environments of children during observations and action-research. Scientific Production: - Publish scientific articles and reports to enrich the body of knowledge on early childhood. - Provide research-based recommendations to improve policies for the education, health, and protection of young children. - Participate in writing quarterly and annual pedagogical publication reports.



Participation and Facilitation of Conferences and Scientific Events: - Participate in facilitating workshops, conferences, and round tables in the field of early childhood. - Represent FMPS at international conferences and symposiums and seminars to share research results. Management of Pilot Experimentation and Evaluation Projects: - Study the effectiveness of educational and pedagogical innovation approaches. - Develop study protocols and evaluation tools suitable for early childhood and the research projects implemented. - Propose areas for improvement based on research results and experimentation.





Required profile :

- Hold a Master's degree, Bac+5 (5 years of higher education) in human sciences, educational sciences, or a related field (psychology, education economics, sociology...); - Be enrolled in the 2nd year of a PhD in educational sciences, psychology, sociology, or any other relevant field related to education; - Experience in the field of early childhood is desirable.
