Main mission
Welcome, guide, and inform visitors by offering attractive and educational guided tours, while highlighting the cultural, historical, and natural heritage of the site.
Main responsibilities
• Welcome visitors and explain the tour plan.
• Design, prepare, and lead guided tours adapted to different audiences (adults, children, school groups, foreign visitors, VIPs).
• Transmit reliable, clear, and engaging information about the place, its history, its environment, or its collections.
• Ensure the safety of visitors during tours.
• Answer visitors' specific questions and requests.
• Produce activity reports and report any anomalies observed during the visit.
Required skills
• Excellent knowledge of the cultural and historical heritage of the site.
• Knowledge of cultural mediation and group management techniques.
• Ability to engage a group and captivate the audience.
• Adapt discourse according to the age, knowledge level, and interest of visitors.
• Time management and adherence to the tour route.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented and welcoming attitude.
• Dynamism, pedagogical approach, and listening skills.
• Patience and diplomacy.
Required profile :
• Bachelor's degree (2-3 years of higher education) in tourism, history, art, or cultural mediation.
• Perfect command of Arabic, French, and English.
• 3 years of experience desired in cultural, artistic, and high-end service environments.
