Position: Legal Specialist

Compensation: $20 - $40/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, professionally structured legal documents with textual analysis, tables, charts, or diagrams. Ensure all shared materials are original and not sourced from the internet or generated synthetically. Demonstrate deep legal analysis, issue spotting, and technical depth through submissions. Contribute a mix of document types and lengths, ideally ranging from 10 to 100 pages. Maintain strict confidentiality and awareness of privilege in all materials and communications. Participate in feedback cycles to clarify content or enhance document utility for AI model training.

Requirements

Have strong relevant experience in document drafting and legal analysis. Demonstrated expertise in producing high-quality legal documents, such as memos, case briefs, contracts, or policy analyses. Strong legal writing, with proven ability to articulate complex legal concepts accurately and clearly. Experience incorporating tables, diagrams, or other modalities into legal documents. Keen awareness of confidentiality obligations, privilege, and data privacy in legal practice and document sharing.
