As part of the After-Sales Department and reporting to the After-Sales Service Manager, you will contribute to the operational management of the workshop's activity and the optimization of its performance.
Acting as a key support to the After-Sales Manager, you will assist the teams daily in respecting Mercedes-Benz standards, monitoring performance indicators, and continuously improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
- Monitor workshop activity performance indicators and contribute to achieving operational objectives.
- Participate in evaluating team performance and identifying recruitment and skills development needs.
- Support teams in applying internal procedures and standards.
- Ensure the follow-up of budgets related to consumables and fuel.
- Oversee the proper follow-up of ongoing repairs and the smooth running of workshop operations.
- Participate in implementing actions to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
- Contribute to the development of the after-sales business and identify business opportunities.
- Manage operational priorities: emergencies, immobilized vehicles, customer feedback, expert assessments, and courtesy vehicle management.
Required profile :
- Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- You have at least one year of professional experience, ideally in the automotive or industrial sector.
- You have a good understanding of workshop activities and the challenges related to after-sales service.
- You are recognized for your organizational skills, reactivity, and ability to manage priorities.
- You enjoy fieldwork and interacting with operational teams.
- You have good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- You are proficient in office software, especially Excel.
- You have a good level of French.
