As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are strengthening our Control department by recruiting a Control and Security Supervisor in Kénitra.

Assigned to the Security and Control Department, your role is to ensure the conformity of in-store practices, the reliability of operations, and risk management, while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational performance.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure the monitoring and evaluation of stores through regular visits, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, hygiene, safety, and merchandising standards, as well as the quality of customer service and the proper condition of sales outlets;
• Identify non-conformities, propose corrective actions, and monitor cash operations, inventories, shrinkage treatment, and the smooth running of commercial activities;
• Supervise and analyze inventories, detect anomalies through internal investigations, write detailed reports, and follow up on corrective and disciplinary actions;
• Support and train in-store teams, while ensuring operational continuity during handovers between different stakeholders.

• With a Bac+2 degree (equivalent to an Associate's degree), you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the retail sector.
• Good command of audit and internal control techniques;
• Knowledge of store operations (cash, stock, merchandising);
• Analytical, synthesis, and writing skills;
• Rigor, integrity, and observation skills;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Mobility and availability for frequent travel.
