The Night Auditor ensures the continuity of hotel operations during the night. He is responsible for the daily financial closing, the smooth running of reception operations, the security of the establishment and compliance with Fairmont / Accor standards.

Main Responsibilities

Audit and financial closing

• Control daily transactions and cash receipts.
• Perform end-of-day closing and correct any discrepancies.
• Prepare daily financial reports.

Reception operations

• Handle night check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond to guest requests and manage last-minute reservations.
• Update room status.

Security, monitoring and Quality of service

• Ensure the safety of guests, Heartists and property.
• Report any incidents and ensure handover to the day team.
• Provide service in accordance with Fairmont / Accor standards.
• Promote hotel services and contribute to guest satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in night auditing, ideally in a luxury hotel establishment.

Proficiency in hotel systems (Opera PMS, Micros, payment systems).

Knowledge of accounting principles and cash management.

Excellent command of Excel and office tools.

Good command of French and English.

Rigor, attention to detail and professional integrity.

Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems quickly.

Autonomy and reliability in managing nocturnal responsibilities.
