MISSION:
• Provide guidance and disseminate production techniques to farmers
• Manage relationships with service providers and oversee agricultural work
• Ensure the supply of raw materials to the sugar factory according to the delivery schedule

• Support and guide farmers:
• Prospect for farmers
• Contract with farmers
• Recommend inputs to farmers
• Monitor the technical management of sugar crops with farmers
• Provide technical, financial, and social support to farmers
• Collect and process farmer complaints
• Manage agricultural work:
• Oversee the mechanization of cultivation operations on farmers' plots
• Evaluate the quality of agricultural services
• Debt and recovery:
• Ensure debt recovery from sowing to harvest
• Monitor debt by adhering to agreed limits in terms of quantity and value for all services (inputs & work)
• Participate in continuous improvement projects:
• Propose continuous improvement actions within your area of activity
• Participate in improvement projects within your department

PERFORMANCE CRITERIA AND INDICATORS:

• Achievement rate of the area program objective
• Crop quality and yield
• Debt and recovery rate
• Compliance with AA procedures
• Number of farmer complaints
• Quality of farmer relationships (Barometer)
• Participation rate in continuous improvement projects

You have a Bac+2/3 level education in higher agricultural studies.

Internship experience in a similar role is required, ideally in the agri-food sector or heavy industry.
