Your main mission will be to ensure the coordination and supervision of activities within the operating room, guaranteeing optimal organization and the highest quality of care provided. You will be responsible for the smooth running of procedures and the satisfaction of both teams and patients.

Your responsibilities will include planning and organizing staff schedules, managing inventory of equipment and medications, coordinating surgical procedures, and supervising nursing teams. You will also ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols, and participate in the continuous improvement of professional practices. An important part of your role will involve communication and collaboration with different departments and health professionals.

To excel in this position, a Bac +2 level is required.

Solid professional experience, ranging from 10 to 20 years, is essential to fully grasp the challenges of this strategic role.

The ideal candidate has a strong management capacity, excellent organizational and priority management skills. In-depth knowledge of the Health / Social professions is essential. Proficiency in computer tools, a strong sense of responsibility, and great rigor are also expected. Your interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities will be valuable assets.
