Attached to the Operations Department, your mission will be to manage and monitor logistics flows, stocks, and deployment operations, ensuring they are carried out within the defined deadlines and conditions.
As such, your main activities will be:

- Ensure the monitoring and management of NDE kits, merchandising, goodies, and incentives stocks, ensuring their availability and traceability;

- Coordinate the deployment operations of stocks to the Sales Department, while respecting deadlines and agreed locations;

- Participate in the development of specifications relating to the Purchasing Department's needs, particularly on logistical aspects;

- Ensure the monitoring of the condition of the department's assets and equipment and coordinate, in collaboration with the relevant departments, maintenance, repair, or disposal operations;

- Participate in the selection and monitoring of carriers, storage sites, and the optimization of logistics routes related to deployment operations;

- Ensure the monitoring of logistics performance dashboards and indicators, in collaboration with the Operations Department;

- Identify deviations and anomalies found in flows and stocks, identify their causes, and propose corrective actions;

- Ensure compliance with logistics procedures and internal control rules applicable to storage, transport, and deployment activities;

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes in order to optimize costs, deadlines, and quality of service.
 

As a potential candidate, you are:

With a Bac+4/5 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production Management, or equivalent, you have proven experience in a similar role;

- Mastery of stock and logistics flow management;

- Good knowledge of transport, storage, and distribution processes;

- Ability to develop and analyze specifications;

- Mastery of reporting and performance monitoring tools;

- Good command of logistics information systems and office tools, especially Excel;

- Project management and coordination skills;

- Analytical, synthesis, and anticipation skills;

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work transversally;

- Responsiveness and ability to manage priorities and emergency situations;

- Sense of responsibility and results-oriented.
