We are recruiting for several technical positions within an innovative industrial project in the renewable energy sector, dedicated to the development and testing of an automated wing propulsion system for maritime use.

- Rotation: 2 months ON / 1 week OFF

Tasks:
Installation and commissioning - Contribute to the installation, assembly, and commissioning of the machine and its electromechanical subsystems.
Preventive and corrective maintenance - Perform mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance interventions.
Special maintenance operations - Carry out specific technical operations (adjustments, replacements, complex interventions).
Control and monitoring - Regularly control, monitor, and maintain electromechanical equipment.
Fault diagnosis - Detect the origin of a fault, analyze deviations, and propose corrective solutions.
Test preparation - Participate in technical meetings, identify needs, contribute to troubleshooting sessions.
Test execution - Participate in the preparation and execution of technical tests.
Maintaining operational condition - Ensure the operational maintenance of test equipment (machines, tools, systems).
Parts and tools management - Organize transport, manage spare parts, tools, and necessary purchases.
Material organization - Store, organize, and maintain equipment in good condition.
Continuous improvement - Contribute to feedback and suggestions for improvement.
QHSE Safety - Comply with safety rules and QHSE procedures
Required profile : The ideal candidate is a technician with a Bac+2 / Bac+3 level (equivalent to an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree), trained in industrial systems, capable of working on innovative machines in a testing environment.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, testing, prototyping, automation, or electromechanical systems.
- Experience in demanding environments: energy, aeronautics, maritime, offshore, heavy industry, R&D.
- Proficiency in measurement tools: multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester, sensors, automated systems.

المهام:
التركيب والتشغيل - المساهمة في تركيب وتجميع وتشغيل الآلة وأنظمتها الفرعية الإلكتروميكانيكية.
الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية - إجراء تدخلات الصيانة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والأوتوماتيكية.
عمليات الصيانة الخاصة - تنفيذ عمليات تقنية محددة (تعديلات، استبدالات، تدخلات معقدة).
التحكم والمراقبة - فحص ومراقبة وصيانة المعدات الإلكتروميكانيكية بانتظام.
تشخيص الأعطال - تحديد مصدر العطل، وتحليل الانحرافات، وتقديم حلول تصحيحية.
إعداد الاختبارات - المشاركة في الاجتماعات التقنية، وتحديد الاحتياجات، والمساهمة في جلسات إصلاح الأعطال.
تنفيذ الاختبارات - المشاركة في إعداد وتنفيذ الاختبارات التقنية.
الحفاظ على الجاهزية التشغيلية - ضمان الصيانة التشغيلية لمعدات الاختبار (الآلات، الأدوات، الأنظمة).
إدارة القطع والأدوات - تنظيم النقل، وإدارة قطع الغيار، والأدوات، والمشتريات الضرورية.
تنظيم المواد - تخزين وتنظيم وصيانة المعدات في حالة جيدة.
التحسين المستمر - المساهمة في إبداء الملاحظات والاقترحات للتحسين.
السلامة والجودة والصحة والبيئة - الالتزام بقواعد السلامة وإجراءات QHSE
المؤهلات المطلوبة : المرشح المثالي هو تقني بمستوى Bac+2 / Bac+3 (شهادة تقني متخصص أو بكالوريوس)، مؤهل في الأنظمة الصناعية، وقادر على العمل على آلات مبتكرة في بيئة اختبار.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في الصيانة الصناعية، الاختبارات، النماذج الأولية، الأتمتة، أو الأنظمة الإلكتروميكانيكية.
- خبرة في بيئات تتطلب معايير عالية: الطاقة، الطيران، الملاحة البحرية، الأعمال البحرية العميقة (Offshore)، الصناعات الثقيلة، البحث والتطوير.
- إتقان أدوات القياس: المقياس المتعدد (multimeter)، الكماشة الأمبيرية (clamp meter)، جهاز قياس العزل (insulation tester)، أجهزة الاستشعار، والأنظمة المؤتمنة.
